15 Acre Lake
Being the same shape but a larger version of the 7 acre lake, it has a huge reed lined bay at the far end. Fishing is also from one bank and 7 double swims allowing 7 anglers max, allowing a peg each or swims to double up and work as a team. It has a clay base and similar depths to the smaller lake but with islands dotted here & there around the lake. Stream fed and incredibly rich, it will become the jewel in our crown. Large beds of rushes surround most pegs, the calm beauty and seclusion of this lake is as 'Good as it gets', a real anglers wet dream!
Stock
500+ fish ranging from 20lb-50lb, all fish have been home grown and selected from 1000's for growth rates, beauty, scale patterns, colour and health. Once again there is a stock of Zander & Grass Carp in the lakes to do a job, and a small number of select future stock present. If you're looking for Commons with Genetics like Schwarzenegger, linears, scatted scales, star-bursts, fully scaled mirrors, well this is what this lake is all about, pure quality.
